Functional movement and posture screen

Chief Operating Officer and Occupational Therapist
Mindy Colucci OTR/L is the COO of The Source Wellness Center and an occupational therapist who has spent her career figuring out how the way we move, sit, and work is creating the pain we feel. Before joining The Source, Mindy worked as an ergonomic specialist for companies like Blue Apron, HBO, and NBC, building corrective programs for thousands of employees dealing with posture-related and overuse injuries.
She holds an OT degree from Kean University, with additional certifications as a Certified Posture Specialist, Associate Ergonomics Professional, and Corrective Exercise Specialist, plus Graston Therapy. These days, Mindy’s clinical role has shifted. She is less hands-on with patients now and more focused on shaping the OT department. The techniques the team uses, the treatment plans they build, and the standard of care patients can expect.
Nia Patel, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Nia Patel is an occupational therapist who earned her degree at Thomas Jefferson University. Since the start of her career, she has experience in a variety of settings, treating a multitude of orthopedic conditions at different stages from early onset to post-operative care, neuromuscular conditions including post-stroke and Parkinson’s, and addressing posture and balance.
She additionally has experience working with the ASD and neurodiverse population of all ages, working with young toddlers up to older adults. With her extensive knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and use of evidence-based practice, she is effective in addressing various conditions related to pain and movement, tailoring her treatments to be client-centered and ensuring her patients leave her care with effective tools to improve their overall quality of life.
