One Service Per Visit — Here’s How That Works
Most PI patients need a combination of care — chiropractic, massage, OT, acupuncture, or modalities like laser and shockwave. But you’ll see one provider per visit, not all of them at once. That’s intentional. It lets each provider give you their full attention, keeps your treatment notes clean for your case, and meets insurance documentation requirements.
We’ll lay out a schedule that gets you everything you need across the week — for example, chiropractic on Monday and Wednesday, acupuncture on Tuesday and Friday. Your front desk team will help you book the cadence that fits your life and your case.
We Speak the Language of Your Case
If you have an attorney, we handle the medical documentation, narrative reports, and lien arrangements they need. If you don’t have an attorney, that’s okay — we can refer you to trusted local PI attorneys who do this work every day.

You’ll be walked through everything. Here’s the rough shape of it:
- Bring what you have — accident date, type of crash, current symptoms, attorney info if you have one. If you don’t have it all, no problem.
- A real exam — range of motion, neurological screening, soft tissue assessment. We don’t shortcut this.
- A clear plan — exactly what we recommend, why, and how often we’d like to see you.
- Same-day treatment when it makes sense.
- The paperwork side handled — we coordinate with your attorney’s office and bill the right party.

About Insurance & Cost
Most auto accident care at The Source is covered through your auto insurance’s PIP (Personal Injury Protection) — which usually means $0 out of pocket for you.
If you have an attorney, we can also bill on a lien-to-attorney basis.
Either way: we handle the insurance side. You handle getting better.
